Acrylic Nail Pulled Off Nail Bed

Acrylic nail pulled off nail bed. The nail is not cut or torn and is still attached to the nail bed. Apply soap if needed to help rings slip off your fingers. New products available from trained podiatrists are the only alternative and will protect your toe nail bed.
I tried to keep it on in hopes that it would reattach to the nail bed but that wasnt in the cards. If it bleeds with pain then thats a sign the nail bed is. The top picture is right after it happened.
Anyway if you are doing nails cover it with a sterile bandaid and put a glove on. I would take the acrylic off but it still attached to the real nail which is pulled off from the nail bed area. The first step is to assess the damage to the nail and the nail bed beneath the nail.

Here lift the acrylic nail slowly and safely. Last year I had acrylic nails on and one got caught on something heavy and ripped my entire nail out. The nails are still stuck on the real nails.
